Privacy?
We do not accept laptops or computers with HDD/SSDs still installed because we lack the capability to securely erase all data from these drives. Even if you delete all files from a hard drive or SSD, there can still be residual data that programs can retrieve. For your safety and privacy, we recommend using specialized services to ensure complete data erasure before recycling your devices. We can refer you to trusted local businesses that offer secure data destruction services.
What types of electronics do you accept?
We accept a wide range of electronics, including TVs, smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets. However, we do not accept laptops or computers with HDD/SSDs still in them for the reasons mentioned above.
